USA Nail Supply LLC does not offer general returns or refunds on nail supply products.
All sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include clear photo or video proof of the issue.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours will be denied.
Approved cases may be eligible for:
- Replacement, or
- Refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Beauty & personal care products
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Return Authorization
- All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns must be completed first. Customers may place a new order separately.
EU Customers
For orders shipped to EU addresses only, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This policy does not apply to U.S. or non-EU orders.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact USA Nail Supply LLC first before filing any chargeback or payment dispute.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Fraudulent disputes will be challenged with shipping records, proof of delivery, and this policy.
