Damaged or Incorrect Items Only Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. - Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. - Claims must include clear photo or video proof of the issue. - Claims submitted after 48 hours will be denied. Return Authorization
- All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back. - Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused. - Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges

EU Customers
For orders shipped to EU addresses only, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This policy does not apply to U.S. or non-EU orders.
Refunds
